Products & Marketing and will be an integral member of the Digital Marketing team.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate on the implementation of an exciting web refresh project for our global corporate website (www.aggrowth.com) • Execute any site changes within the enterprise CMS, including new page builds, page layout changes, new experiences, small content updates and more. • You are the go-to person for building online destinations supporting our global organization. This is not a developer or digital advertising job; we are looking for a business focused individual who loves to use a CMS to build great end user experiences • Ensure that all updates to the site align with brand strategy and objectives, while delivering a consistent experience for users • Support as necessary any digital or email marketing initiatives by building online experiences and destinations using our content management system (CMS). • Work with relevant teams to conduct market research and persona development to inform and drive digital strategies • Collaborate and support brand marketing, sales, IT and division / business unit leaders to plan and implement engaging online experiences that drive business results • Work closely with the Manager, Digital Products & Marketing to implement customer journeys in order to drive marketing qualified leads (MQL) from owned web properties • Analyze, measure and surface key insights from engagement metrics and analytics to drive digital funnel optimization and overall site experience improvement • Work collaboratively with our external partners to enhance • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate • Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree, advanced degree • 3+ years experience working with large global websites built on a CMS platform, B2B manufacturing / heavy equipment experience is a plus. • Experience managing the design, implementation and maintenance of website, web content and digital initiatives using a content management system, in large organizations with a diverse group of stakeholders • An affinity and knowledge of UX/UI design principles • Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches • Must be comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations • Must be a sincere collaborator who can ‘team’ across functions and regions in pursuit of company business goals • Excellent time and project management, teamwork, and collaborative skills, highly motivated and results driven • Excellent problem solving, writing and communication skills • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Experience using a CMS to manage and support a large global website is a must have (Optimizely/EPiServer experience a plus) • Google analytics, Datorama, databox, or relevant analytics experience
