Working together, the Christmas Cheer Board of Winnipeg and the Ukrainian Canadian Congress - Manitoba Provincial Council (UCC-MPC) are hoping to support Ukrainian newcomer families in their move from temporary hotel accommodations into apartments and help make them feel more comfortable with the coming holiday season.

Please complete the form and make sure that the information you provide is complete (email, phone number, hotel name and address, room / suite number, and postal code), along with the ages and gender of your children, so we can also provide a wrapped gift for each of them.

Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) will provide your information to the Christmas Cheer Board, who will then process your hamper application.
Those who applied for a Christmas Cheer Board hamper will only hear back from someone at the Christmas Cheer Board, or a UCC volunteer, if there are any questions about your application form, or if you do not qualify for a hamper (eligibility criteria for a hamper through this form: hold a CUAET Visa, live in Winnipeg, have not already received a hamper). Therefore, unless you hear back from someone, you can expect to receive a hamper.
Hampers can be picked up until December 29 at the Christmas Cheer Board Warehouse, which is located at 100 – 1821 Wellington Avenue (at the corner of Wellington Avenue and Berry Street). We recommend that you wait a few days before going to pick up your hamper, as the Christmas Cheer Board will need time to process your application.
