Трошки вкину про дорогі машини в Манітобі. Пошукав одну й ту саму модель з таким же трімом, пробігом і схожим станом. Різниця між манітобою альбертою і Онтаріо дуже мінімальна. Не більше 5%. Не знайшов ні одного варіанта з яким був би сенс летіти купити і гнати сюди. Ну може хіба на пару донатсів лишилося б.

Дуже цікаво почитати. Але всеодно важко осягнути всю ситуацію цілком. Виходить що треба почекати поки старі помруть щоб мати якісніший доступ до медицини🫣🤓

На мою думку, є бюджет на медичне обслуговування, який формується на певну кількість лікарів, для закриття потреб населення. Десь в кабінетах міністерства рахується скільки і яких лікарів повинно бути для збереження здоров'я платників податків. Навіщо фінансувати, умовно кажучи, 500 лікарів, якщо на цю громаду вистачить 150 ? Ось через це важко і знайти собі місце під сонцем в цій сфері діяльності. Що скажите ?

Canada maintains a quota system on how many students are allowed to enroll at the country’s 17 medical schools. A recent RBC analysis called the quota system a “choke point” that “limits student admissions to just under 3,000 spots for prospective doctors each year.” Each year, provincial health departments calculate how many doctors they’ll be able to afford, and then sets med school admissions on that figure. In 2018, for instance, the Government of Quebec cut medical school admissions after they determined that “too many” medical students were graduating. Basically no other profession works this way. Provinces don’t really care how many lawyers or auto mechanics their schools are producing each year, since it’s not the government’s job to find them work.
