As previously released, on January 24, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a physical altercation involving two males in front of a business in the 3100 block of Portage Avenue. Officers attended and located an adult male requiring medical attention. He was transported to hospital in critical condition, where he later succumbed. The deceased has been identified as Kyriakos VOGIATZAKIS, 51 years old. A male suspect was located in the area and taken into police custody. Members of the Major Crimes Unit continued the investigation. The investigation has revealed that VOGIATZAKIS and the suspect have had prior contact near the business. The two became involved in a confrontation, resulting in the VOGIATZAKIS being pushed to the ground and further assaulted until losing consciousness. Curtis Ross DALEBOZIK, 38, has been charged with Manslaughter and Uttering Threats. In some instances, a murder charge may be reduced to manslaughter if the mental faculties of the perpetrator were impaired or if the homicide was committed in the heat of passion. Manslaughter - це коли вчинив щось, що призвело до смерті, але не планував цього. Типу, під час сварки штовхнув когось, а той загуркотів зі сходів та зламав шию. Або наприклад іноді кваліфікують як manslaughter, якщо бійка була, і вбивця був пʼяний - то адвокат може довести, що він насправді не планував вбити, просто під алкоголем не розумів, наскільки сильно бьє. А murder - це коли цілком усвідомлював, що його дії призведуть до смерті людини. Або взагалі планував, думав як то краще зробити (тоді це first degree murder)

Дивиться по сайтам , в них в більшості випадків дійсно пише те , що є в наявності . Коли ви будете знати , яку саме автівку бажаєте - буде легше . Ми взяли Nissan qashqai, чекати не треба було . Але ми забрали останню 😂 залишилося тільки FWD або ті , що трімом вище .
