я знаю багато PM які не іженери, але вони допомагають роблячи за тебе майже всю паперову роботу. як вони влаштувалися в компанію, я не знаю. їхній головний плюс - вони знають своє місце і поводяться дуже стримано, не вказуючи інженерам, що їм робити, а що ні.

И еще: представьте, что вы без опыта устроились PM (руководителем проекта) вот первый ваш день вы как себе представляете? Допустим, у вас уже есть команда инженеров (вам не нужно ее собирать) и вам нужно подготовить реалистичный, технически грамотный план проекта… затем для тренировки воображения можно представить себя КВС пассажирского боинга с теми же вводными в части опыта.

Не совсем ясно что у вас со временем. Долгий путь такой: садиться писать код, если не надоест через месяц, пойти на курсы, если закончите, поступить на заочку в любой технический вуз, где готовят инженеров - программистов. Со второго курса пойти джуном. Займет примерно 4 года и всё свободное время. Быстрый путь: закончить курсы скрам подмастерья и пополнить ряды погонщиков-недоайтишников… которых очень не любят труевые инженеры. Но это не точно.
