Если спокойно подумать, то да, очень много вопросов как и на каком основании чувак собрался это делать. Решение о выдаче защиты по параграфу 24 принимает Европарламент и вряд ли там отдельно взятая страна может так просто хер забить на это и без весомых причин аннулировать защиту определенным людям и выслать их куда-то.
