Чтобы отвечали, нужно не несколько компаний, а несколько десятков) Поэтому просто пробуйте дальше и можете указать что у вас есть виза и не нужно заниматься релокацией. Ну и резюме должно быть составлено правильно, если там указан возраст, фото, то его и смотреть не будут

Ietls speaking could be both difficult and easy. It depends on a topic. The first time I got 7.0, on the second attempt I got 5.5. Actually I don't know, it's still speaking, if you are confident you'll definitely get your score. But writing, reading, listening could be different. Ietls is more British accent oriented

Definitely celpip, it's more oriented on real-world English. Ielts has lots of tricky questions
