Eligible policy holders will get $110 back

This summer, we’ll be returning $400 million in rebates to customers — that’s $110 per eligible policy. All personal and commercial customers that had an active eligible policy in February 2024 are eligible for the rebate.
We’ll start processing rebates at the end of May and continue through the end of July. How you get your rebate will depend on how you paid for your insurance:
Credit Card: Your rebate will be refunded to the card you paid with, so keep an eye on your statements. If that card is no longer active, we’ll send you a cheque.
Payment Plan: If you pay your insurance through a payment plan, we’ll apply your rebate to your upcoming payment.
Cash, cheque or debit: We’ll mail your rebate by cheque, unless you’ve signed up for direct deposit. The fastest way to get your rebate, if you paid by cash, cheque, or debit, is to sign up for direct deposit, so make sure to sign up by May 21st to avoid any delays in receiving your rebate. If you’ve recently moved, make sure you update your address by May 21st. Please allow additional time for mail processing and delivery.
