Заповнюю анкету на Part-time French Courses. Перше, що треба вказати - Рersonal reference number.
Не можу зрозуміти, що це.
У мене є подібний номер в Сервіс Квебек, але ж це анкета і курси від Мін.освіти.
В анкеті це пояснюється так:

is indicated on your Certificat de
sélection du Québec (Québec
Selection Certificate) or your
Certificat d’acceptation du Québec
(Québec Acceptance Certificate)
or any other personal
correspondence from the Ministère
