Haven't decided yet))) I'm considering between Ontario, Halifax, Alberta, B. C. All theses provinces except Ontario have attractive immigration programs for my occupation. But they also have some cons. So... I'm still thinking about that

Yep. Well, besides the Bill 96, my daughter faced with integration issues. For now she tries to learn two new languages, it's not easy and it has a bad influence on her ability to communicate with other children... So my decision is based on a few reasons...

Not bad! At least now you know that you have to be 100% Francophone in order to settle down in Québec. This legislation 96 brings a lot of problems to all English speakers in the region. I hate when people have to move because of that.
