Шукаємо Export-Import Coordinator з досвідом роботи to Canadian Steel trade company. Job duties: • Assist in post-order booking operations, such as: preparation of documentation related to sales, customs, and logistics. • Preparation of export-import/customs documents , compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment and keep track of shipment payment and quotas. • Full management of the shipping process: from order approval to goods' arrival at the client warehouse • Assist in shipping, receiving, and record keeping for international transactions. • Place and process purchase order and facilitate communication among customers, suppliers, freight forwarders. • Issue invoices to customers and suppliers, manage account receivable. • Provide customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients. Key Competencies: • Knowledge of Letters of Credit and Trade Finance related banking operations an asset not a requirement • Familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments, as well as the company’s internal procedures. • Working knowledge with international shipping documents, such as commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill • Confident with figures • Ability to communicate effectively and build good relations with team members. • Fluency in English and able to communicate in a Mandarin language is an asset. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / Outlook) and internet Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Logistics: 1 year (preferred) Export-import: 1 year (preferred) If you are interested in this position, please send email with your resume to [email protected].

Надо будет изучить... И медикал экзам, вроде, тоже не нужен, если человек не работал и всего месяц тут провёл.

На сайте правительства Канады читали, что он обязателен лишь для тех, кто остается тут на 3 месяца или более, либо работает во время пребывания тут.
