This is in reference to your application for the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) visa. It has been determined that your parents do not meet the requirements for a CUAET visa. Your parents’ application(s) have been refused and they are therefore not authorized to travel to Canada. Since your parents are not permitted to travel with you to Canada, you will need to be accompanied by a third-party guardian in order to be able to travel to Canada. If you decide to travel with a third party guardian, please submit the following documents in support of your application:

Since your parents are not permitted to travel with you to Canada, you will need to be accompanied by a third-party guardian in order to be able to travel to Canada. If you decide to travel with a third party guardian, please submit the following documents in support of your application: 1. Parent Authorization to Travel - A letter, signed by your non-accompanying biological parent(s), giving consent for you to travel abroad to Canada. Please also provide an image of your parents’ passport biodata page. 2. Birth Certificate - Original document showing both parents’ names. 3. Guardianship Information – A letter explaining who you will be travelling to Canada with, who you will be staying with, and what that person(s) relationship is to you and your family.
