While having a beer in the park may not draw the attention of law enforcement, being drunk and loud, combative or inappropriate can – and often does. Being intoxicated in public and creating a disturbance are summary conviction offences that can result in six months imprisonment and up to $5,000 in fines

Omega Park, Montebello, QC Over the weekend, our team visited Parc Omega , which is a safari park situated in Montebello, Quebec, approximately one hour's drive from Ottawa, depending on your starting location. It was an incredible experience! The park features a 12-kilometer driving trail where you can see various animals, including deer, elk, bison, caribou, and others, in their natural habitats. As we drove through the trail, the deer even approached our car and stuck their heads in our windows, hoping to be fed. We had a bag of carrots, and we happily shared it with the animals. It was a charming and delightful experience, particularly for children.
