Dear applicant,
The U.S. Consular Section in Vancouver understands that many visa applicants have been waiting a long time to attend their visa interview and therefore they have been working diligently to restore all routine visa operations as quickly and safely as possible.
You have been identified as an applicant who might qualify to schedule an earlier appointment. In order for you to check if there is an earlier appointment that better suits your travel needs, please follow the below steps:
1 Log in to your account on ais.usvisa-info.com/ and click on the "Continue" button.
2 Select the "Reschedule Appointment" option, leave all members of the group selected and confirm the request.
3 Look for an earlier appointment on the calendar view.
4 If you find an earlier appointment, select the date and time and click "reschedule" to cancel your original appointment and schedule a new one.
5 Do not try to reschedule your appointment more than one time since the option to see earlier capacity will only be given once. If you reschedule to an earlier appointment and try to reschedule again, you will not have the ability to see sooner/reserved appointment capacity and you will have to schedule a new appointment from the next regular appointment available which may be later than your current appointment.
6 Do not try to add additional visa applicants to the traveling group or your ability to see sooner/reserved appointment capacity will be automatically removed.
Note: If you do not find a sooner appointment that meets your travel needs, just click "close" to retain your current appointment as it is scheduled. These are the only appointment slots available, and we will not be able accommodate any other appointment days or times. Do not contact the call center or email the support desk asking for additional appointment availability because Call Center Agents and Support Desk Representatives see the same appointment availability that you can see and they cannot add capacity.
