Furthermore, Section 3(3)(d) states that the Act is to be "construed and applied in a manner that ensures that decisions are consistent with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, including its principles of equality and freedom from discrimination."
In light of these issues, I respectfully request that you bring this matter to the attention of the Minister of Immigration or the appropriate authorities. It is essential that these technical problems are addressed promptly to ensure that all eligible applicants have a fair opportunity to apply for the Alberta Opportunity Stream.
