If you are claiming points for education, you must provide an ECA that shows both bachelor’s and master’s degree on your ECA. The SINP evaluates the overall education and qualifications of the applicant. You should indicate the higher degree (Master's) as your most relevant qualification for points and eligibility purposes, but it’s important to include both degrees in your Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and application to show the full scope of your education.

Your application will be held until proof is provided. All other documents must be included in your application, or it will be returned, and your application fee will not be refunded.
