я розумію ,але сумніваюся,що індійці чи пакистанці народжуються і батьки з ними спілкуються англійською. Англійська як друга. вивчають з садка і дублюють документи -це так. Для мене носій англійської -це той який з народження перші слова говорить англійською, в сім'ї говорить англійською. Ну це я так собі вважаю🙈. Бо якщо в Україні введуть другу державну англійську,все рівно наші діти будуть носіями української. До речі, правильно говорити не носій мови,а рідномовець😁 Настоящее определение "native speaker" всё еще является поводом для споров, но в целом принято считать, что native speaker (носитель языка) – это человек, который выучил этот язык еще в детстве, в естественной среде, обычно из речи своих родителей.
