As per IRCC rules, next information should be included:

The student's ID number, if applicable
The name of the institution and the contact person
The institution's contact information
The type of school, such as a public or private college
The study program, level, and year of study
The estimated duration of the program
The start date of the program
The latest date for registering for the program
The tuition fees required
