After you applied online, you received a letter in your online account that you can use as proof that you’re authorized to keep working, if you’re eligible.
You can print the letter and show it with your current work permit to your employer.
The letter is proof that you are authorized to continue working for an additional 180 days from the original expiry date indicated on the letter (360 total days from when you submitted your application) and under the same conditions as your original work permit or until we make a final decision on your application.
