We hope this message finds you well. You are receiving this notice because you have been issued a Letter of Acceptance from CDI College for admission into the Medical Laboratory Assistant Program.
We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances,CDI College’s Designated Learning Institution (DLI) status is temporarily inactive. As a result, we are currently unable to accept international students who require a study permit, and your enrollment will be cancelled.
How This Affects You
As a future student with CDI College, this temporary status change will impact your ability to extend or renew your permit, to complete your studies. Please know that our institution remains fully committed to supporting our students, including our international student community. We are actively working with the relevant regulators to resolve this situation and reinstate our DLI status as soon as possible.
Next Steps for Permit Holders
Students who have been issued a Letter of Acceptance or study permit but have not yet arrived in Canada will need to seek admission and transfer their study permit to another institution with an active DLI status.
Students who have been issued a study permit which expires before their program end date, and have not yet applied for an extension will need to seek admission and transfer their study permit to another institution with an active DLI status.
Students who hold an Open Work Permit may switch a fully online program with CDI, so long as the program does not exceed your permit length

Refund Process for Financial Commitments
If you have made any financial commitments to the College directly towards your program, please rest assured that you will receive a full refund of all funds paid. Our team will be reaching out shortly to facilitate the refund process and provide any necessary assistance.
