Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python, Pytest, Playwright, and Selenium Develop and maintain automated test frameworks Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to code quality practices Identify, report, and track software defects in Epiphan Pearl products Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality Conduct performance and load testing for video streaming and encoding Develop and maintain test documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of proven experience in QA automation Proficiency in Python, Pytest, Playwright, and Selenium Strong Bash knowledge Experience with building component and E2E API tests Experience with video encoding and decoding techniques Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies Knowledge of reporting frameworks like ReportPortal or Allure Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS Experience with CI/CD systems Strong Linux experience Familiarity with code quality practices and patterns Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Experience with FFmpeg Basic C++ programming skills Jenkins pipelines development with Groovy
