Добрий день, прийшло повідомлення про потребу в підтвердженні батьком згоди на подорож матері з дитиною. Батько на фронті, як я розумію то цю форму маю нотаріально завірити і перекласти. Чи я можу це зробити без батька,якщо так - то як? І чи я можу зробити це без нотаріуса?
