the letter i recieved from IRCC

Hello guys, sorry i am writing in english, I recieved Cuaet visa, I am not ukrainian , my wife is ukrainian . I have a question , i recieved an email, in the end part of the letter , it was written about IME (Immigration medical examination), do i need to take this exam before moving to canada? or I do not need it for entrance. Doesn't the airport officer ask me for an IME report? Thank you for your help
