She also doesn’t work as she is 75 with medical issues

I was wondering if I should try to look for a lawyer, but they are probably all booked up and it’s an urgent matter .

Thank you Elena, she was issued TRP because she entered Canada and asked to remain longer before the government provided CUAET, she later got CUAET but they kept her TRP and put inadmissible on file in order to give her TRP. I’m just concerned if I should try to apply to extend both TRP and work permit via mail ( I don’t know how to do it… so much paperwork) or apply online with explanation letter as you recommend… as her status expires March 3

Hi Elena, do you know how to cancel TRP or do you know a lawyer in Calgary or Airdrie I can use. She has to have her documents submitted before March 3 and I’m a bit concerned. I’m not sure what to do. I went to the boarder officer and he told me to apply for both TRP and work permit by paper. I am honestly not sure how to do either. I need help soon as her status expires march 3

Hi everyone, I applied for my mom to have her CUAET extended and they sent me a letter that they withdraw her application and it has to be submitted in paper. Did anyone else get the same letter? Why are they doing it?

Чи можете підказати, я подала на ПР мамі в Березні 2024. Я тільки отримала лист що моя аплікація submitted. Не дали ні номеру аплікації, ні того що вона є переправлена до них. І коли я дивлюсь на account там тільки сказано статус submitted. То вони її отримали чи ні?

А там де питається про місце роботи а вона не працювала, за дітьми моїми дивилась тільки. Що там написати?

А скажіть будьласка. Я подала в березні, і немає навіть номеру , тільки написано що submitted. What does it mean? It’s been more than 10 months now? They haven’t even accepted it yet?
