Поделюсь нашим опытом. Мы когда агрессивно на первый взнос собирали, мы взяли кредит на RRSP. С RRSP внесли первоначальный взнос. Потом со временем кредит RRSP погасили. Это дало нам возможность купить раньше. Очень повезло, т.к. цены пошли очень быстро и значительно вверх.

Does the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act apply to Ukrainians who came to Canada under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) program? No. The Act doesn’t apply to people who have been granted temporary status because they are fleeing a crisis, including Ukrainian nationals who came to Canada under the CUAET program. The Regulations clarify that the prohibition does not apply to individuals fleeing international crisis, if they have been granted temporary resident status in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act based on humanitarian public policy considerations to provide a haven to those fleeing conflict. In March 2022, the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship granted temporary exemptions from the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations pursuant to his authority under Section 25.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for Ukrainian nationals who meet the conditions set out in the temporary public policy. Ukrainians coming to Canada under the CUAET program are exempt from the Act while the temporary policy granting exemptions to Ukrainian nationals is in effect per decision by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.

вы можете брать бабки у себя самого в кредит : пенсионный свой фонд , также свой же даунпецмент за первую недвижимость .. использовать как лаунпеымент во второй … выбирать перспективные и пока не заоблачные районы БС для покупки и сдавать сразу … но это все конечно фигня , если нет первого даунппейманта ( до канады накопления)

Золотые слова в последнем предложении 🤣🤣🤣 Мы просто не собирались в Канаду, просто уехали из дома... И уже не вернулись... с $3000 заехали в Канаду 🤷♂️ и пока ненамного приумножили 🤣🤣 Поэтому рассказы про вторую ипотеку как бы немного не для нас пока...
