It doesn't make that place even remotely optimal for work. 1. The waiting times before hire are excrutiatingly long. 2. The criteria of hire are ambiguos. A lot of times they only hire specific nationalities. 3. The work ethics consists of juicing the worker to the last bit. You will actually work your ass off for a minimum wage, with little to no prospects.
