Hi there, this is Jarrett with Emerald Management. You have a viewing tomorrow at 703 - 14 Ave SW. We have recently updated the ad for that unit as we are looking for a resident manager for the building, not just a regular tenancy. The resident manager would be responsible for keeping the common areas clean, the parking area clean, doing nightly walks of the building to check the boiler room and laundry room for leaks or alarm codes. Additionally we would want the resident manager to take care of the lawn and snow. Probably not right away for the shoveling/mowing, but once you are comfortable In the other duties we would add some extra pay for the lawn and snow. This would include looking after the 2 smaller buildings just to the west of the 703 - 14 Ave. There would be pay compensation of $30 per unit. There are 53 units between the three buildings. The resident manager would also help to do occasional showings of the building, along with communicating Tenant relations in the building.
