Well, to have money deducted they need your written agreement. So... you can say no. And then ask advice from an accountant/lawyer/union (if unionised)... But if they will prove that it's a mistake... that you bent over.

It's not a mistake, it's a deed on purpose. I had a phone calls with other guys and they didn't get this emails. And how it will be for the tax departments? I think they think this is a smart move to rip off new employees while truck industry falling down this year.

Доброго дня підкажіть якщо з 5 років будемо клеймити лише рік, є референс летер. Чи є приклад якогось письма щоб додати та пояснити що інші роки клеймити не плануємо так як немає звʼязку з роботодавцем?

Well, It's up to you to decide... So... You have to find out terms of your employment - wages, hours, etc. And calculate from there find out the summ that you had to be paid. Then look at your paystubs... and if there is bigger summs... thannprobably smth wrong, now? And... It wouldn't reflect on your tax history in any way.
