Accumulated vacations can't just disappear. It is illegal. They can pay it out without you going anywhere. But those days can't just disappear. And seven weeks? That's a bit surreal. Oh, you edited... yeah, day in one month - that's ok

My company asked my about my paid vocation , which unfortunately will be only 7 days this year, because I’ve started working there from April, and the vocation (paid) is calculated starting from the July (3 month probation) however I can take that week any time I want , and they are kinda pushing me to choose time for that, cos otherwise the paid vocation will just disappear(for this year)if I don’t use it this year .

Yeah, agree with Wes - it's better to maintain the course. And when you'll get PR - studying will be cheaper and there will be no need for study permit. Win-win situation.

Well, in our system (Payworks) we have a paragraph that called "Benefits and accurals". There you can see how much money you have accumulated for vacation (divide this money by money you make in a day (hourly wage multiplied by 8 hours) and you know how many days you have). And those accumulated "days" can be only used for vacation or theyy have to be paid off. Otherwise - you can sue them. Ypu can work for two years, accumulate almost a month worth of vacation and take a long freaking brake from work. And it is illegal to refuse you in such request.
