Добрий день! Пройшла медогляд ще наприкінці жовтня, а сьогодні отримала такий лист: This email is in reference to your status as a temporary resident in Canada. Upon arrival, and having received facilitation under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET), you received a condition on your temporary resident status that was printed on your visitor record or work permit, instructing you to undergo a Medical Diagnostic Test within 90 days. Our records indicate that 90 days have now passed and we have not yet received your Medical Diagnostic Test results as required.
· If you have already completed your Medical Diagnostic Test, no further action is required at this time. Your panel physician will submit the results to us for processing.
· If you have already booked your Medical Diagnostic Test, please keep your scheduled appointment and disregard this letter. Once completed, your panel physician will submit the results to us for processing.
